Stainless Steel
Made from 100% 304 Stainless Steel, including all hardware, THE RASCOAL is set for years of use and abuse in outdoor settings. Other imported cookers use coated mild steel and may even use Zinc-coated hardware, which may be harmful for cooking.
Compact & Portable
Weighing in at only 12lbs, THE RASCOAL is sturdy yet easily portable. Leave it assembled at the house and store it in the garage or take it floating, camping, to the park or your next outdoor adventure. The Rotisserie Motor can run on Two (2) “D” batteries for 36 hours.
Charcoal or Wood Fired
While propane has it’s benefits, this version of THE RASCOAL uses a more authentic & natural fuel source: load it with lump charcoal, chunk wood, or charcoal briquettes. The smoke, flavor and results can’t be beat with propane.
Made in America
THE RASCOAL is made entirely here in the USA and ships direct from Missouri. Units are currently built to order – so please allow for ample time for fabrication of your RASCOAL. We can typically have new units out the door and on the way within two weeks.

Haven’t used it much but the thing is rock solid. Very well built. Last time I used it I cooked the meat most of the way through, got plenty of char, then sliced it all at once to finish on the flat top. Excellent!
